Too Much Noise

Please. . .
Shut up. . .
just shut the fuck up. . .
πŸ”‡
poisonous venom, been. . .
incubating. . .
far too long. . .
centuries in diamond mines. . .
jungles where lions crawl. . .
caves filled with gold. . .
kings wearing crowns. . .
buried in chambers. . .
below pyramid floors. . .
pride feeding on brown teats. . .
πŸ”‡
oh. . .
shut up. . .
just shut the fuck up. . .
πŸ”‡
trusting strangers. . .
a sucker for candy. . .
three months at sea. . .
a strange and new land. . .
dripping honey. . .
spilling milk. . .
corn silk hair, sky blue eyes. . .
pink blushing cheeks. . .
thick and full jugs. . .
balls made for studding. . .
πŸ”‡
oh. . .
shut up. . .
just shut the fuck up. . .
πŸ”‡
blood stained cotton. . .
scars of vicious abuse. . .
twisted deformities. . .
hands rough and callous. . .
ripped from the unwed raped wombs. . .
rich rewards despite DNA. . .
sold motherless. . .
who’s the daddy. . .
brain wash, inferior, ingrained. . .
do you hear the noise. . .
πŸ”‡
oh. . .
shut up. . .
just shut the fuck up. . .
πŸ”‡
darkness descends. . .
infectious fear spreads. . .
liberated from bondage. . .
a dept not paid. . .
a prisoner is free labor. . .
in the hour of hope. . .
death hangs at the end of a noose. . .
fight for black power. . .
lies, lies, lies. . .
someone and others die. . .
you never been my friend. . .
πŸ”‡
oh. . .
shut up. . .
just shut the fuck up. . .
πŸ”‡
climbed the ladder of success. . .
knocked back down. . .
hope became change. . .
now it’s hopeless that’s full of fear. . .
black, red, brown, yellow lives. . .
matter not in ol’ America. . .
it can’t be great. . .
not with them kind. . .
separate with a wall. . .
deny them and send them away. . .
the inferior celebrate. . .
abuse shits from their pores. . .
no compassion from the beast. . .
marked with the number. . .

πŸ”‡
please, please. . .
shut up. . .
just shut the fuck up. . .
America weeps for she. . .
is no longer home of the free. . .
πŸ”‡

  1. You are trying to release the fear and superb work like this will lead you to the right place to do that with insight and truth. Too many people forget the value of truth. You are a truth teller. It is perhaps the hardest role in life but the most meaningful. You write it out. You don’t spare it. Because anything less doesn’t count.
The description of how you see them (the family) and the contrast between that and the previous administration alone is shocking for the reader and describes without having to describe the emotions going on right now. I’m glad Cruz didn’t win because he would imprison women who had abortions and gays, but Trump is hardly much better. The point is more, why didn’t we have a candidate who really was for the people? Oh that’s right, because politics are corrupt and only corrupt people run (including Hillary) it’s hard when there is NO ONE to vote for. Sanders was right. He was right. I am saddened African American and Hispanic voters didn’t swing it in favor of Hillary for some reasons, they seem to not want to vote if someone is anglo and that’s not right, but it’s equally not right that both running were so corrupt. I wasn’t surprised he won. I just hope we can make some good changes but I really don’t see how with any of the candidates in power. Even Obama taking a Peace Prize when he went to war, and creating Obama Care which is unaffordable and too expensive, didn’t do as much as he hoped maybe he wasn’t able to, that’s the problem here, when someone wants to make change they can’t. The system is broken. Not just America but many other countries. What I do know is if we didn’t keep going to other countries and disturbing them we’d not have issues with terrorism we create that through meddling. This poem was superb Kim. No less than utterly superb.

    1. Black people lack of voting weren’t the cause of Trump’s win. Black people voted just as much as white. Hillary won the popular vote which means the people wanted her but as you said the corrupt government, Trump won most of the electrol votes. Everyone thought Hillary was going to win. Remember Bernie Sanders supporters said they weren’t going to vote for Hillary. They were either going to protest and not vote, write-in or vote Jill Stein. Everyone even Sanders told them to get out to vote. But they took it for granted that Hillary would win. So now we all pay for their failed protest.

      1. I should have added – WOMEN – women really voted for Trump far more than they thought, so many different groups didn’t vote the way the other side thought they would. That includes people of color, women, etc, I saw numbers showing the turn out of African Americans for the DEM was far lower than expected, but who knows, the polls hardly got it right! Yes I agree, Sander’s voters probably didn’t vote for her either. And Jill Stein got some of her votes. True, they took it for granted. I wouldn’t have been happy with her either though it was just a lose-lose situation without anyone who was honest w/integrity though I like the idea of a woman in office it has to be more than her gender and she is so corrupt. I wish others had run, the other REP’s who won were mixed, Bush would have been mariginally better but not by a lot and it’s ANOTHER Bush, Rubio marginally better, CRUZ is a fascist and so is DICK (sorry!) Perry. So I guess the REP candidates didn’t really impress me at all and Sanders’ was the only decent DEM but he wasn’t viable in the long run. SIGH xoxo (really loved the poem)

          1. Yes he was right – unfortunately I guess a lot don’t think like he or you, which makes me sad because I thought with the election of a man of color things were changing but …

  2. A deep poem dear Kim.. Has America ever been the land of the free? her past record along with Britain’s Past has been long tainted on the blood of others..
I feel your pain Kim and many more who question this land of liberty..
    A Powerful poem..
    Love to you my friend.
